ART+PUBLIC UnLtd was engaged by Well Grounded Real Estate in March 2024 to develop and implement a Public Art Plan for the precedent-setting purpose-built rental apartment at 1925 Victoria Park Ave in Scarborough, ON.

The 1925 Victoria Park Ave re-design represents the highest standard of sustainability recognized by the City of Toronto, created to positively impact affordability, comfort, health, and community development over time. Factoring all of these ambitions into the equation, ART+PUBLIC UnLtd designed a Public Art Plan to reflect and accentuate the site intentions.
