Ruth del Fresno-Guillem

Ruth del Fresno-Guillem is a researcher and contemporary art conservator with expertise in examination, assessment, and documentation. With experience working for various international art professionals and agencies, Ruth believes in building long-term relationships with artists to enhance understanding of the creative process and facilitate informed decision-making and robust documentation. Ruth has extended experience conducting workshops and talks. In 2017 Ruth received Ph.D. from the Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain. In recent years, Ruth has worked with the Qatar Museums (Museum of Islamic Art, National Museum, Museum of Modern Arabic Art, Museum of Sports), the Art Gallery of Ontario, The Power Plant, and the City of Toronto.
